Text messages from Setwerks
Production notifications for cast and crew. Sent from +1 (888) 626-4747.
What you will receive
Setwerks is scheduling software for film and video productions. If you are booked on a production that uses Setwerks, the producer can text you about that production: your call time, schedule changes, a request to confirm you are coming, and reminders the day before. Every text names the production and links to your call sheet. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
Example: “Setwerks: Your call time for Night Shift on Tue Nov 11 is 7:00 AM at Pier 9. View and confirm: https://setwerks.com/confirm/abc123 Reply STOP to opt out.”
How you opt in
You give your mobile number to the production when you are hired and agree to receive production texts. The producer enters your number in Setwerks and ticks a box confirming you agreed. Setwerks will not text anyone without that confirmation; people without it receive email only. You can also opt in by texting START to +1 (888) 626-4747.
Stopping texts and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that.
- Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@setwerks.com.
Message frequency varies with the production schedule, typically a few messages per shoot day. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
